How long does my delivery take once I have made an order?
For Local Australian Orders: If you made a purchase using standard shipping, the delivery process typically takes 3-7 working days. However, If you ordered with express then your parcel may arrive within 1-3 days.

How do I track my order online?
Once you have placed your order a confirmation email will be sent to you via email summarising your purchase.
A tracking number will be provided with a link to the website specific to your courier (DHL, Auspost)

What happens if I put down the wrong address?
If you put the wrong details in just send us an email ASAP to support@zuvaoffical.com and we will change and update the details for you.
Does Zuva ship internationally?
No, we unfortunately do not ship internationally.
What is Zuva's return & refund policy?
For garments purchased online, we are more than happy to issue you a credit and/or full refund for your items as long as it meets the following criteria:
- There is a fault or issue with your order
- Your item must be returned within 14-days of receiving your item(s); products received outside this period will not be accepted.
- Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/ unwashed or stained.
- Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned items and valid reason for return.

Can I return my order by hand?
unfortunately, we don't accept returns by hand as we are an online store only.
Returns can only be made via mail, through our return lodgement process.

What happens if my item is faulty?
If your garment is potentially defective or has a fault, and it’s been less than 14-days since your Zuva purchase, simply return the item using our online process.
If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, please email us at support@zuvaofficial.com. You will be required to answer a series of questions that will help us understand your situation. If your reasons are not within reasonable grounds, you may not be eligible for a refund/credit.
